We are a small workshop, not a household name. You have no particular reason to trust us yet, and at these prices that hesitation is sensible. So rather than ask you to take our word for anything, here is exactly what protects you, and what you can check before you spend a penny.
Your money is protected by someone other than us
This is the part that matters most, and it has nothing to do with how trustworthy we are.
Pay with PayPal and you are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. If your order never arrives, or arrives significantly different from the description, you claim through PayPal and they decide, not us.
Pay by card and you have chargeback rights with your bank, independent of us entirely.
Every shipment is tracked with DHL Express, so delivery is a matter of record rather than a claim we make.
In other words: you do not have to trust us for your money to be safe. That is deliberate.
60 days to change your mind, free
Return anything within 60 days and it costs you nothing. No restocking fee, no return postage, no argument. Sixty days is far longer than the legal minimum anywhere we ship, and we set it there because people buying jewellery online need time to see it in daylight, show someone, and change their mind.
See your actual piece before it ships
Every item is made to order in the karat, colour and size you choose. Before it leaves the workshop we photograph it, and if you ask us we will send you that photo — your piece, not a stock image — before dispatch. If it is not what you expected, we fix it or cancel it. You will not be charged for a piece you have not approved.
Ask for it in the order notes, or message us on WhatsApp.
Talk to an actual person first
Message us before ordering and a human who makes jewellery will answer, usually within a few hours. Ask about the stone, the setting, sizing, how long it will take, anything. We will tell you if a piece is wrong for what you need, including when the answer is to buy something cheaper.
We can also do a video call to show you a piece in hand before you commit.
What you can verify yourself
The hallmark. Every piece is stamped 10K, 14K or 18K. Any jeweller can confirm it in seconds.
The certificate. IGI for lab grown diamonds, GRA for moissanite, GIA for natural diamonds. Certificate numbers can be checked on the issuing laboratory's own website, independently of us.
The metal. Take it to any jeweller and have it tested. Solid gold is solid gold all the way through, and a two-minute acid or XRF test proves it.
The delivery record. We publish real orders with dates and destinations.
What we are not
We are not a dropshipper. We make the jewellery, which is why dispatch takes about four business days rather than shipping the same day from a warehouse of ready-made stock.
We do not sell plated or gold filled jewellery, at any price point. If you find solid gold elsewhere for dramatically less, check the hallmark before you buy.
We are not the cheapest. Making to order in solid gold costs more than stamping out plated pieces, and we would rather explain that than pretend otherwise.
If something goes wrong
Message us first and we will sort it out. If we cannot, you have PayPal or your card issuer behind you, and a 60-day free return window. Three independent routes to your money back is not an accident; it is how a small store earns a chance with people who have never heard of it.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know this is real gold?
Every piece carries a karat hallmark, and any jeweller can test it. Lab grown diamonds come with IGI certification, moissanite with GRA, natural diamonds with GIA, each verifiable on the laboratory's own website.
What if my order does not arrive?
Every shipment is tracked and insured with DHL Express. If a parcel is lost in transit, that is our problem, and you are covered by PayPal or your card issuer regardless.
Can I see the piece before you send it?
Yes. Ask and we will photograph your actual piece and send it to you before dispatch.
Can I return it if I do not like it?
Yes, within 60 days, free of charge.
Do you have a physical workshop?
Yes. Every piece is made to order rather than bought in finished, which is why we can offer all three karats, three gold colours and 45 ring sizes on the same design.

Where we actually are
We are not a website with no address behind it. We work from two premises:
Surat, India — SNS Platina, 307, 3rd Floor, Surat 395007. Surat is where a large share of the world's diamonds are cut and polished.
Bangkok, Thailand — 1249/211 Gems Tower Building, 34th Floor, Rooms G-H-I, Charoen Krung Road, Suriyawong, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500. This is the building Bangkok's gem and jewellery trade works from, and it is where your order is made and shipped from.
Both are showrooms where you can see pieces in person and be served by the people who make them. Appointments are best, so we can have the pieces you want to see ready. To arrange one, message us and we will book you in.
