Every order below was shipped with DHL Express and confirmed delivered. We publish the city and state, the piece and the date. We never publish customer names, addresses or tracking numbers, because those belong to our customers and not to our marketing.

• Made to order. Each piece is made for the karat, colour and size you choose, which is why dispatch takes about 4 business days rather than shipping from a shelf.

• Shipped with DHL Express, tracked door to door, typically 4 business days in transit.

• Free delivery worldwide, with no minimum order.

• Insured in transit. If a parcel is lost, that is our problem to solve, not yours.

If it is not right

60 days to return, and returns are free. Rings can be resized by any competent jeweller because they are solid gold rather than plated, and we will talk you through the options before you send anything back.

Why we publish this

Most jewellery sites show you five-star badges and stock photography. Those are easy to produce and prove nothing. Delivery dates, destinations and tracked shipments are harder to fake and easier to check, so that is what we show.

How long does delivery take?

Yes, to the UK, Europe and the United States among others, with free delivery and no minimum order.

Is my order insured?

Yes. Every shipment is tracked and insured in transit.

What if the ring does not fit?

You have 60 days to return it free of charge. Solid gold rings can also be resized, which plated rings cannot.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes: IGI for lab grown diamonds, GRA for moissanite and GIA for natural diamonds, plus the karat hallmark on the piece itself.
