How to Measure the Inside Diameter

If you have a ring that already fits you well:

• Place the ring flat on a ruler.
• Measure the distance straight across the inside of the ring (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
• This measurement (in millimeters) is the inside diameter of your ring.
• Match this number with the chart to find your ring size.
